Why, Hello There!
Introduction to me...
My name is Kay-Leigh and I class myself as a hobby baker. I started my baking exploration many years ago after a trip to NYC where I ate the most delcisious Oreo Cheesecake.
II now make cakes for friends and family, and I also volunteer bake for a group called "Free Cakes for Kids".
When it comes to baking, I have my favourite recipes that I use for most of my celebration bakes.
I've shared some of them on my Recipes Page which I'll add to as time goes by.

I have a full time job that keeps me busy Monday to Friday.
I run regularly - I've done a few half marathons but have no desire whatsoever to run any further than that!
I enjoy travelling (mostly to the USA) and I've managed to visit 48 of the US states so far - just Hawaii and Alaska to go.

Free Cakes For Kids
Here is where you will find more information about the volunteer group I am a part of. We bake cakes for children who may not otherwise get one, and I think it's an amazing thing to help with!
