One of the reasons I love going to visit the USA in &#8220;fall&#8221; is because of the amount of pumpkin flavoured foods I can get. I baked these in my mini bundt pan:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-76\" src=\"http:\/\/kayleighbaking.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/2018-10-27-16.07.28-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/kayleighbaking.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/2018-10-27-16.07.28-225x300.jpg 225w, http:\/\/kayleighbaking.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/2018-10-27-16.07.28-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I trimmed the cakes to make them shorter, and then stacked them.
